Honeywell Corporation has recently introduced the new standard for wireless controls and thermostats and Air Flow Designs is offering them in Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville at Special Pricing from 10/01/09 through 3/31/10. Previously listed at $679, Air Flow is selling these through the spring at just $499, a savings of over 25%!

What’s included in this new thermostat control system?

1. New Wireless On the wall thermostat that can be located where your current thermostat is….or any other place in your home that might actually provide an improved comfort performance.
2. A new Wireless Remote Control Thermostat that you can take with you from room to room so that comfort follows you around the house…..wirelessly!
3. An Outdoor Weather Sensor that provides you the Outdoor temperature and humidity levels on your thermostat……also wirelessly.
4. Installation of all of the above.

This system is a great way to improve the comfort in two story homes and townhomes that only have a single AC system serving its comfort needs.  It is not unusual to see a temperature difference of 5-7 degrees between first and second floors.  With this system, you can take the Wireless Remote Control upstairs with you and have it read the temperature and bring it down to the comfort level you wish. 

Also, the remote control thermostat can be used to direct up to a total of 16 systems so it has great applications in larger homes and also in light commercial projects as well.  A building manager can set the remote thermostat on his desk and control up to 16 systems throughout the building.

Also, in many homes, the primary thermostat was initially wired up and installed an a wall which is less than perfect for maximum comfort  due to the wiring issues at installation.  With the new wall thermostat being wireless as well, we can relocate it to a better place in your home, again, improving your comfort level and possibly even saving you energy dollars.
