| Air Flow Designs Air Conditioning & Heating Protection Plan Coverage Outline. Prices are for a complete indoor & outdoor system, and include an energy-saving tune up. Air Flow Designs is one of only a few air conditioning contractors in the state to offer our own Service Agreement Plan (regulated by the State Department of Insurance) covering all mechanical parts and labor for a low annual fee, which also includes an energy saving tune-up to keep your system running at peak efficiency; plans are based upon equipment age. As an Air Flow Designs Protection Plan contract owner, you are also entitled to special discounts on a replacement system(s) when your current system has lived its useful life and need to be replaced. |

1. Calibrate Thermostat
2. Clean Outdoor Unit Coil
3. Check & Adjust Refrigerant Charge
4. Re-secure all Electrical Connections
5. Lubricate All Moving Parts as Required
6. Check Voltage and Amperage
7. Clean & Adjust Blower Components, in Place
8. Clean or Replace Filters with Customer Provided Filters
9. Check Capacitors & Contactors for Starting Capability
10. Check Return Air Supply Temperatures
11. Check & Clean Indoor Coil in Place
12. Clean & Flush Condensate Drain Lines
13. Clean Drain Pan
14. Clean Furnace & Condensor Covers
15. Test Safety Controls
16. Check for Proper Air Flow
17. Clean & Adjust Burners in Place
