| Air Flow Designs Air Conditioning & Heating Protection Plan Coverage Outline. Prices are for a complete indoor & outdoor system, and include an energy-saving tune up. Air Flow Designs is one of only a few air conditioning contractors in the state to offer our own Service Agreement Plan (regulated by the State Department of Insurance) covering all mechanical parts and labor for a low annual fee, which also includes an energy saving tune-up to keep your system running at peak efficiency; plans are based upon equipment age. As an Air Flow Designs Protection Plan contract owner, you are also entitled to special discounts on a replacement system(s) when your current system has lived its useful life and need to be replaced. |

Energy Saving Tune-Up Includes:
1. Change or Clean Customer Provided Air Filter
2. Check Thermostat & Mounting & Adjust if Necessary
3. Calibrate Thermostat (If Applicable)
4. Check System for Proper REfrigerant Charge
5. Check Return Air Supply Temperatures & Split
6. Check for Proper Air Flow
7. Check Electrical Wiring Connections & Re-secure If Needed
8. Check All Electrical Components
9. Check Drain Pan & Flush Drain
10. Check & Clean Indoor Evaporator Coil In Place if Accessible
11. Check Cabinet Insulation for Mold, Mildew & Adhesion
12. Check Blower Wheel for Build-Up of Dirt & Mildew
13. Check Heat Strips
14. Check Voltage & Amperage Draw on Components
15. Test Float Switch (If Applicable)
16. Check Capacitors for Starting Capability
17. Check Contactors for Starting Capability
18. Clean & Flush Condensate Drain Lines
19. Check Fan Motors - Indoor & Outdoor Units
20. Spray Disinfectant Cleaner on Evaporator & Air Handler Cabinet
21. Install Algaecide Tablets in Drain Pan for Drain Line
22. Clean Furnace & Condenser Exteriors
23. Test Safety Controls
24. Check & Adjust Burners
25. Visually Inspect Heat Exchanger
26. Check All Caps & Valves for Secure Seals
27. Check Final Performance and Suggest Necessary Improvements |
