Promotion Overview
Referral must be submitted through the Air Flow Designs customer referral form. To qualify, the referred customer must be a new Air Flow Designs customer and must purchase a qualifying new residential AC system installation from Air Flow Designs.
Eligibility Requirements
Referral reward is issued only after the referred customer’s new AC installation has been completed and the final invoice has been paid in full. Referral must be submitted before the referred customer purchases their new AC system. Referrals submitted after the sale, installation, or completed transaction may not qualify.
Referral Reward
Once eligibility is verified, the referring customer will receive a $150 gift card for each qualifying referral. The referred customer will receive $150 off the cost of their new AC system. Referring customers may submit multiple referrals and may earn multiple referral rewards, provided each referred customer separately meets all promotion requirements. Gift cards may be issued as Amazon gift cards, prepaid cards, or equivalent gift cards at Air Flow Designs’ discretion.
Gift Card Terms
Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, fees, expiration dates, replacement policies, and usage restrictions established by the card issuer or gift card provider. Air Flow Designs does not control and is not responsible for any separate cardholder terms, including but not limited to card activation requirements, expiration dates, inactivity fees, replacement fees, lost or stolen cards, merchant acceptance, or restrictions on use. Recipients are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms provided with the gift card or prepaid card.
Referral Limits
There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a referring customer may submit or the number of referral rewards a referring customer may earn. Referral rewards are issued separately for each qualifying new customer and qualifying new residential AC system installation. Each referred customer, household, service address, and qualifying installation may only generate one referral reward for the referring customer and one reward for the referred customer. Duplicate referrals, self-referrals, incomplete referrals, or referrals for customers already in contact with Air Flow Designs may be ineligible.
Permission to Submit Referral
The referring customer must have permission from the referred customer before submitting their contact information. Submission of a referral does not automatically enroll the referred customer in any marketing program. The referred customer may be contacted by Air Flow Designs regarding the referral and requested service.
Qualifying Services
Offer applies only to qualifying new residential AC system installations and does not apply to repairs, maintenance services, tune-ups, commercial services, prior purchases, cancelled jobs, unpaid invoices, or warranty work.
Restrictions
Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Air Flow Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or misdirected gift cards. Employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates of Air Flow Designs may be excluded from participation.
Taxes
Recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting obligations associated with referral rewards.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Air Flow Designs reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny or revoke rewards, modify or cancel this promotion at any time, and make final decisions regarding all referral reward qualifications. Restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited.
