Pull, clean, and inspect entire blower assembly

Clear condensate line and coil pan
Measure amp draw of cleaned blower motor
Check operations of water safety
Clear debris from outside unit
Inspect outdoor coil for damage or leaks
Amp compressor and fan motor against manufacturers data tags
Check wiring and capacitors for correct capacitance
Inspect fan blades for cracks and balance
Spray condensing fan motor shaft with lubricant
Hose off condensing coil with water
Check level of unit and/or pad
Check breakers for proper size and operations
Final cycle and verify systems operation
Final report of age, condition, and efficiency to customer
Provide recommendations
