The Gold and Platinum Protection Plans are offered to residential customers in our Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville greater metropolitan service areas. First time/new protection plan agreements are only available on newer systems (generally less than seven years old) and require a tune-up and/or inspection by an Air Flow Designs representative before purchase. (The cost of the tune-up may be applied to the cost of the plan if applicable).
