*Please view the Air Flow Designs Protection Plan Application for additional information and to view any exclusions. The Gold and Platinum Protection Plans are offered to residential customers in our Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville greater metropolitan service areas. First time/new protection plan agreements are only available on newer systems (generally less than seven years old) and require a tune-up and/or inspection by an Air Flow Designs representative before purchase. (The cost of the tune-up may be applied to the cost of the plan if applicable).
